How we work.

Five stages, in this order, on every project. You know at any moment where things stand and what is coming.

1. 01

   Understanding your operations

   We spend time with you and your teams: what comes in, what goes out, who touches what and when. Most of the ways a business does things have never been written down anywhere. We write them down.

2. 02

   Mockups and identity

   We draw the screens before writing a line of code, and you click through them. This is the moment when changing your mind costs nothing. The tool takes on its look here too: colours, logo, tone of its messages.

3. 03

   Build

   The approved mockup becomes the tool. You watch it come together on a private link, with your real data as soon as we can connect it, rather than meeting the result at the end.

4. 04

   Testing and training

   We test with the people who will use it every day, not only with management. Then we train them on their own files, until the day runs without us.

5. 05

   Run-in

   The first weeks in real conditions always turn up things no test finds. We fix and adjust while the tool settles into the routine.
